What you receive

  • A side-by-side comparison sheet using the agreed items, quantities and cost basis.
  • A PDF decision summary separating known costs, tradeoffs and unresolved questions.
  • A missing-information list and one preference revision within the agreed scope.

Price and scope

$250 USD covers up to 30 line items identified in the agreed written scope, across up to three supplier quotes. The written scope names the included requirements and comparison lines before you commit to the project.

Quotes with unclear equivalence stay unresolved. Freight, minimum quantities, fees, availability and lead times are recorded only when supported by the supplied quotes.

What to provide

  • The supplier quotes and the specification or requirement to compare them against.
  • Quantities, approved matching rules, required delivery dates, and the person who can resolve uncertain matches.
  • Use redacted copies for scoping. No supplier-account access is assumed.

How the work is checked

  • Match each line to the approved specification, unit and quantity.
  • Recalculate included costs and identify any missing charge.
  • Keep missing lead times, unconfirmed equivalence and other uncertainties visible.

What is outside this package

Construction estimating, engineering equivalence, supplier certification, negotiations, final supplier selection, purchase orders and payments are excluded. A lower entered cost is not a supplier recommendation.

What can be automated

Repeatable steps can extract and standardize line items, calculate comparable totals, flag missing terms, and prepare clarification drafts.

A person reviews the exceptions and agreed checks before delivery. Automation does not approve business decisions or expand access to your systems.

Agree the work before payment

Start with a brief description and a redacted or fictional example. Scope, required inputs, timing, fees, revision allowance and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing first.
