A few practical questions.
What if I’m not sure which service fits?
Describe the problem and the result you need. You do not need to choose a package or technical solution first.
What does the $59 small spreadsheet cleanup include?
One CSV or one flat Excel worksheet, up to 500 data rows and 15 columns, with up to 3 agreed repeatable cleanup rules. You receive the preserved original, cleaned copy, change summary, and row-referenced unresolved issues. We account for all rows and preserve IDs and leading zeros.
Formulas or macros, merging sheets or files, manual enrichment, dashboards or reports, fuzzy-match decisions, and changes to live systems are not included. One consolidated preference revision stays within the original file and rules; covered corrections under the 30-day guarantee are separate. Free fit review is a suitability check, not the cleanup. Scope and timing are agreed first; review and approve the work before paying.
Compare the $59 small cleanup with the $125 standard cleanup.
What do the fixed packages cost?
The small spreadsheet cleanup is $59 USD with the smaller limits above. The standard spreadsheet cleanup pilot and one-procedure pilot are $125 USD each; five procedures are $550 USD. The supplier comparison pack is $175 USD, CRM import preparation is $125 USD, and the intake pilot is $295 USD, subject to a feasibility check. Open-order reporting is $150 USD setup plus $250 USD per monthly billing period for four scheduled updates. Catalog preparation, account research, case studies, industry briefs, proposal support, delivery-documentation packs, website clarity reviews and white-label support are quoted after review. Each offer has specific limits. Scope, price, and timing are agreed first; you review and approve the finished work before paying. Compare services and what each includes.
Can you work with more than 2,000 rows?
Yes. The 2,000-row limit applies to the $125 starter pilot. For larger projects, tell us the approximate row count, file size, number of sheets, and the result you need. We’ll check what is practical and agree the work, price, and timing before accepting it.
When do I pay?
After you review and approve the whole finished project. We agree the scope and price first. Once you approve the finished version, payment is requested; editable originals, source files, and the agreed final handover follow confirmed payment. Ongoing reporting follows the same sequence for the work covered by each payment. Read the review and handover process.
Will you change our live systems?
The cleanup, documentation, comparison, reporting, and import-preparation services deliver files for review. The intake pilot can connect approved apps only after a feasibility review, an agreed scope, and explicit access permissions. Live ERP changes and broad system access are not included.
When can the work be delivered?
Mention your deadline in the inquiry. We confirm delivery after reviewing the files or walkthroughs and agreeing what is included.
Are the sample projects real client work?
Our public-source examples explain the original evidence, finished files, checks, and limitations. The purchasing report uses fictional records to illustrate a possible format. The code-repair service links to a reviewed open-source contribution. These are not paid client projects or client endorsements.
Clear scope. Careful checks.
