Need help using this site?

Start with what you need. Describe the problem and what you want to make easier. You can send a short inquiry without an account.

  1. Browse services and prices, or go straight to tell us what you need.
  2. Examples show spreadsheet, procedure, and research projects made with public sources. They are independent projects, not paid client work. You can read them without downloading anything.
  3. Use Client Login for private requests, files, and project review. Start with the no-account inquiry form; no files are needed.

Have a complex or technical project? Describe it here. The listed packages are starting points. Larger spreadsheets are welcome; we review what is practical, the size, and the complexity before agreeing the work and price.

For builder purchasing and operations teams

See what needs
your purchasing team's attention.

When order exports, supplier quotes, and invoice records leave you chasing the same questions, start with one clearly defined report or procedure. Your team keeps control of decisions and supplier relationships.

Scope and price agreed before work starts. Approve the finished work before paying.

Discuss a purchasing task

Choose one useful starting point

  • Delivery exceptions: open lines with overdue dates, missing confirmations, or unclear receipt quantities, using your agreed definitions and reporting cutoff.
  • Quote and invoice checks: comparable line differences with source references, matched units, and uncertain comparisons marked for your review.
  • Purchasing procedures: turn your approved process into clear steps, ownership, checks, and handover instructions.

We confirm which task fits the available source material. These are scoped inquiries, not an automatic subscription or a promise to cover every system.

A report you can trace back

The agreed output can include the organized records, an exception list with source-row references, a short summary, and an explanation of the checks and limits. Missing information stays visible. A difference is a question to review, not a confirmed error or saving.

Inspect the illustrative purchasing report

The example uses entirely fictional, synthetic records. It demonstrates a possible format, not paid client work, actual results, or an endorsement by any builder.

Agree the scope before sharing files

Start with one community or division, one reporting cutoff, and a description of the export you are authorized to share and have processed for this purpose. Being able to download a file does not itself permit third-party use. We agree the row limits, matching rules, checks, reviewer, timing, revision allowance, and fixed quote in writing. Existing listed packages keep their published limits and prices; a combined purchasing report needs its own scope.

No files or account access are needed for the inquiry. Describe the problem without customer records, confidential prices, credentials, or private system links. Any later access or file sharing requires a separate agreement.

Your team makes the decisions

Your purchasing or accounts-payable reviewer confirms exceptions before supplier follow-up, accounting changes, or payments. This service does not include construction estimating, engineering equivalence, audit or accounting certification, contract interpretation, supplier negotiation, purchase approval, or payment authorization.

Review and approve the completed work before payment. Final editable files follow confirmed payment. The existing corrections guarantee applies to the agreed deliverables.
