CLEARGRAIN DOCS: FICTIONAL INTAKE DEMONSTRATION

This local demonstration connects no apps and sends no messages. It uses fictional data.

Flow: receive a brief; validate required fields; check a stable reference; create a simulated job record; prepare an internal notification and welcome-message draft; stop for review.

Required fields: reference, company, fictional email, service and brief.
A reference is 3-32 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores.
The demonstration remembers references only while this page session remains open. Reloading or resetting clears them. This is not a durable production duplicate-control system.

Test 1: Normal. DEMO-100 creates one simulated record and prepares drafts. Nothing is sent.
Test 2: Duplicate. A second DEMO-100 is held; no second record or notification is created.
Test 3: Incomplete. Missing email/brief stops processing before record creation.
Test 4: Destination failure. The simulated job record is created, the notification step fails, and the record is marked for attention. Recovery must inspect which step succeeded before retrying.

Before a live pilot: agree the apps, fields, internal recipients, permissions, stable source ID, durable log, approved templates, failure recovery, acceptance checks and support boundary. Test the normal, duplicate, incomplete and failure cases in the actual approved tools.

The $350 pilot is subject to feasibility review. A demonstration of local logic does not verify a particular app integration. No payment or activation is requested from this demonstration.
